Amicalis – In Freundschaft leben has been part of the Antaris healthcare Holding GmbH group since 2023. The 18 Amicalis facilities in Germany were taken over from the insolvent Convivo and Dorea in the course of the health and care crisis in 2023. Following an intensive modernisation and refurbishment phase, the aim is to have modern and efficient care homes in 2024, where residents can expect a high quality of care and service, true to the motto “Living in friendship”. The Antaris healthcare group, together with the landlords of the properties, will invest more than €25 million in the modernisation of the Amicalis facilities in 2024 and 2025.
